Yoga
Linzie Hartmann is the sole yoga instructor at The Hart Wellness Center. Dr. Derek Hartmann and Linzie were married in August of 2008. Both had an integral part of the vision and development of this wellness center. Linzie's journey in yoga started with just a few local classes. Soon she began to realize that yoga was the mode of both physical and mental exercise that she had been longing for. She was quick to enroll in the certification course suggested by one of her earliest mentors. Linzie has gone through rigorous training put on by Moksha Yoga Center in the city of Chicago. She has been a part of a 200-hour certification program approved by Yoga Alliance, designed by Daren Friesen, a nationally recognized yoga instructor. Linzie's philosophy of yoga involves pushing your body to its limit while listening to the feedback it is giving you. She teaches in a way that gives you a better understanding and appreciation between the mind, body and soul.
